A TYPICAL DAY

My day starts at 8am, although like my colleagues, I often arrive earlier to get set up for the day. I am teaching 4 out of a possible 5, 60 minute lessons today across different year groups. The school really supports me in thinking outside the box to creatively develop new and exciting learning opportunities in different learning environments. As it is the start of the year, I am really working hard to learn all the names, make a connection with every learner and build learning-focused relationships. At lunchtime I have a duty in the cafeteria and talk to the learners about their day. The teaching day finishes at 3.25pm and today I am running an after-school activity with technical lego in the Makerspace as this is a passion of mine! After I return the learners to the cafeteria to be picked up, I head back to my learning area to collaborate on some planning, complete some marking and check my emails. I am looking forward to the forthcoming Learning trip and will pop to the nearby shops on the way home to get some equipment ready for the trip.

Job Description

· Ensure the highest level of quality service is rendered to customers by providing them accurate information, solving problems and serve in a variety of pre and post-sales functions via calls and emails.

· Account management of quote to cash cycle, generation and conversion of quotes to orders where accuracy and responsiveness are critical

· Coordinate and responsible for end to end order management which includes order fulfillment, shipment coordination, 3rd party requisitions, returns and payment liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring orders are align with company policies, processes and legal requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor Degree, in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or equivalent

· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service operations, order processing, handle Singapore market and preferable in the same industry.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Required Thai language expertise: Able to read, write and converse in Thai.

· Proficiency in MS Office -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Knowledge in SAP or similar ERP system is preferred but not mandatory

· The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritize among competing tasks

We’re looking for a Training Specialist to join our growing CDD Business Training team in Singapore. Your mission will be to support the learning and development of the Due Diligence teams’ operational agents. The main tasks will include ensuring smooth onboarding journey, improving the existing learning programs and content, and creating new learning opportunities based on the objectives of the Due Diligence teams.

The Purpose of the CDD Business Training team in Wise:

The team's main purpose is to solve the operational capacity and knowledge challenges of the respective Due Diligence internal and external teams by supporting their training and development needs. The team is responsible for creating and maintaining the training program for agents taking into consideration their maturity, different regional and outsourced teams' needs.
Also, our CDD Business Training team maintains the respective Confluence pages, ensures logistics are in place for successful delivery of trainings, creates new learning opportunities based on the objectives of the Due Diligence teams, and supports them with regards to knowledge needs and operational questions.

The role as a training specialist gives you the opportunity to:

• Act as a trainer, mentor and guide to agents in multiple locations around the world.
