- Good PC skills, e.g. Windows/Microsoft Office Suite/Access/Visio/Internet. And Experienced in Logistics related system, e.g. LSS+, ACSR, TMS, WMS etc.
- Extensive experience in international transportation, intimate knowledge of order management, freight forwarding, warehousing and land transportation services.
- Ability to adopt & adapt new system and technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilitating workshops and trainings, as the sole or lead facilitator/trainer
- Certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt will be an added advantage.

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Workplace Specialist to manage the administrative functions of our growing Asia Pacific office. This role will support various operational aspects, including human resources, finance, and event inquiries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a small team environment, working closely with regional managers,interns and the Country Director.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

- Finance Management: Handle basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting support.

- Event Coordination: Respond to inquiries related to events, assist in planning logistics, and liaise with venues as needed.

- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for the Country Director on office activities, finance, and event status.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

- Prior experience in office administration, HR, or finance is an advantage.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic financial software.

• Representing the Quality Management Coordinating with the employer on the matters relating to the quality.
• Arrangement for materials testing according to LTA specification and test plan.
• Coordination for quality of site inspections with all of sub-contractor & QPS team.
• Verifying that the Quality system is implement and maintained at the project site.
• Preparation and submission for Project Quality Plan (PQP) and its subsequent revision.
• Filing and copies of Nonconformity Report, corrective and Preventive Action Reports.
• Ensure all QAQC records are kept and submitted to client in a timely manner as required.
• Preparation and submission of monthly quality report to client- LTA and QPS officially.
• Documents preparation for all of audit related to QA/QC work. Preparation and register of Inspection, arranging of material test as per test plan.

Site work to find out and issue NCN (non conformance notice) to sub-contractor and preparation for reply of NCR to Consultant QPS and LTA teams.

Digital Transformation:

• Leverage IT expertise to support marketing automation, data analytics, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to integrate IT infrastructure with marketing technologies (e.g., analytics, marketing platforms).
  

Data Security & Compliance in Marketing:

• Ensure marketing operations comply with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) and maintain customer privacy.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure marketing platforms and customer data are securely managed.
  

Collaborative Leadership:

• Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and finance, to align marketing and IT objectives.
• Lead the integration of digital tools and IT solutions to support business growth and marketing efficiency.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in IT and marketing are a plus.
• 5+ years of combined experience in IT operations and marketing roles.
• Proven ability to manage IT infrastructure and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
