Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Participate in networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of prior experience as a Sales Manager.
• Prior experience in infrastructure or construction sector is required.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
