Responsibilities:
Ā· Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Ā· Understand clients' needs and requirements and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Ā· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Ā· Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Ā· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ā· Collaborate with the relevant team members to develop strategies for generating leads and promoting products or services.
Ā· Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Ā· Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.
Ā· Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
Ā· Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.
Requirements:
Ā· Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
Ā· Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Ā· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā· Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ā· Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Ā· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ā· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Ā· Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Base Salary: $1600 - $1800
Commission: 10% for every $10,000
Salary amount to put on ad:
Base + Commission: $9k to $ 12k.
