Job Scope:
We are looking for Manager HR & Admin to oversee all Human Resources & Admin functions of our company. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that the employees are supported, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
Job Responsibilities:
Ā· Provides insights, advice and execution of HR strategy, recruitment and induction, salary planning, payroll, performance management, promotions, training requirements and all human resource related activities.
Ā· Responsible for the overall execution of recruitment activities in the organization and work with senior management and hiring manager to plan, manage and conduct timely and effective recruitment for multiple departments.
Ā· Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers regarding HR policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee development
Ā· Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, health and wellness benefits, and other employee perks.
Ā· Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ā· Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. -Keeps abreast with new employment laws by attending professional association meetings and /or through reading and advice management accordingly.
Ā· HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, such as employee record management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
Ā· Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Ā· Responsible for HR reporting and compiles statistical reports and information as well as conducts new employee induction and exit interviews.
Ā· Any other tasks assigned by the Management as and when required.
Job Requirements:
Ā· Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline.
Ā· Proven experience as HR Manager or in a senior HR role. Min of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Ā· In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Relevant experience in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
Ā· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ā· Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ā· Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
