We are seeking an Senior/ Executive, Claims who will assist in inpatient case assignments to enable prompt issuance of approval or decline of Letter of Guarantee or Pre-authorization requests. This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Medical Case.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Prompt follow-up via call or email, of inpatient case assignments with Specialists, Clinics and Hospital groups for approval or decline Letter of Guarantee or pre-authorization requests.
• Prepare of Pre-Authorization cases documents for uploading into system.
• Assist in reissuance of pre-authorization certificate as needed.
• Maintain accurate case records and all related communication.
• Any other special projects and ad-hoc duties assigned when appropriate.

About you

• Fresh Diploma or Degree graduates from the field of Biosciences, Nursing or Statistics are welcomed to apply.
• Experience in Healthcare/Insurance/Third-Party Administrators industries will be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both writing and verbally.

Operational Management and Compliance

Job Scope
