• Provide facilities management services for shopping malls
• This includes cleaning, pest control, horticulture, security management, ACMV, M&E, building services etc through our appointed term/ sub-contractors.
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise upgrading projects for the shopping mall that you are assigned to.
• In addition, you will be responsible for car park management.
• Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests in a timely manner.
• Promote good relations with our partners and tenants.
• Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to achieve the required professional standards in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain building operation manual and any records relating to the building.
• Part of Company Emergency Response Team (i.e. Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc),
• Part of Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.
• Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent with minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in managing commercial properties or alternatively, possess at least 3 years of facilities management experience.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
• Preferably possess certification for Fire Safety Manager.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service orientated mindset.

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead IT strategy of the group companies to improve cross functional processes, ensure consistency and effective communication.
• Manage IT related budgets and expenditures.
• Identify major risk factors for IT leadership and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Provide consultative and advisory services to proactively drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provides training and support internal control to assist dealers in compliance with group companies’ requirements.
• Review, revise, and where appropriate, propose new policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to enable consistent control of IT governance based on group companies’ requirements.
• Working with internal and external audit, develop and review Information System audit activities.
• Support the implementation of projects directed by Head Office with dedication and leadership including control, security and risk management and audit.

Job Requirements :

• At least 8 years of proven experience in heavy construction machinery industry.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
• Possess excellent leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess JLPT N1 to liaise with Japanese firms and Japan head office.
• Able to travel periodically.
