This position reports to the Asia Pacific Customer Service Leader and is a member of the Asia Pacific Customer Service Leadership Team.

Position Responsibilities:

• As part of the Asia Pacific regional customer service leadership team, set regional priorities and objectives in alignment with Global Customer Service, Business, and corporate goals. Plan and facilitate meetings and key spearhead initiatives.
• Set and achieve team objectives in line with regional priorities and be accountable for team results.
• Plan and manage day-to-day operations and key order-to-cash processes.
• Serve as an escalation point for customer service, customers, business, and adjacent functions concerns and issues.
• Coach and develop CSRs, enhancing their skills and capabilities.
• Advance business and product knowledge within the team.
• Develop succession and career progression plans in line with individual development plans.
• Plan and manage key processes including hiring, recruiting, rewards and recognition, performance partnership, budget control, governance, and approvals.
• Balance workload distribution among CSRs based on expertise, customer needs, and employee wellbeing.
• Build and manage efficient schedules and backup processes to meet commitments and ensure business continuity. Ensure adequate training for backups.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators, identifying and addressing gaps. Sponsor improvement projects and mentor improvement teams.
• Collaborate with regional and global workstreams to facilitate the use of the latest technologies, tools, systems, and processes for capability enhancement and process improvement.
• Collaborate with regional and global training teams to facilitate training and assess its impact on productivity and contribution.
• Ensure seamless coordination with adjacent functions for a superior customer experience.
• Collaborate with local businesses to understand issues and initiatives and incorporate insights into team decisions, policies, and practices.
• Participate in commercial and customer activities (e.g. customer visits, meetings, leadership engagements, etc.) to gain customer and market insights (service agreements, strategies, policies, practices, etc.)
• Design and manage processes and tools for consistent and efficient decision-making (e.g., supply constraints, product substitutions, customer expediting, etc.). Engage global and regional resources as needed.
• Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to internal controls in team activities and documentation. Execute Controls, Compliance, and Risk (CC&R) sign-offs.
• Coordinate with Audit on CC&R Reports, conducting checks and reviews as needed.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Green or Black Belt Certification or equivalent preferred.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Customer Service or related role
• Additional experience in supply chain or logistics

1) Coordinate adhoc / consolidation booking with customer and booking of space with airline.

2) Coordinate rates quotation with airline and provide rates to sales team for quotation to customer.

3) Monitor consolidations for various destination, monitor on the space and rates.

4) Send flight schedules to customer upon confimation.

5) Arrange adhoc cargo service for customers. (Fumigation, DG declaration and packing, wooden crate packing)

6) Check uplift of shipment after lodgement to terminal.

7) Send permits and AWB to customer after flight departed.

8) Raise amendment if any to airline and destination agent.

9) Raise monitoring reports for some customer to monitor rates and load.

10) Suggest solution for customer base on their shipping needs. (Training will be provided, assistance will be given by superior.)

11) Communicate with Sales/accounts team regarding quotation and billing matters.

13) Coordinate adhoc coload booking from other coloaders.

14) To solve any problem that may arise for export cargo with destination agents.

Tasks

• Support Technical Sales team to ensure quotation is complete
• Work closely with technical sales team to generate and maintain C4C (quotation generation tool) quotation template and draft quotation
• Assist to add necessary information in C4C quotation when order is processed
• Manage C4C quotation opportunities and support bidding / tender documents
• Assist Technical Sales team to track discount approvals and update status three times a week
• Generate C4C quote for accessories and repair and as well as 3rd party quotations.
• Be the point of contact (POC) to manage C4C issues and feedback from technical sales or other relevant departments.
• Be the POC to sub-division 1E for all C4C related issues and ensure that our quote is tabulated based on the correct understanding to ensure profitability
• Adhoc administrative support to other team members, which may include PAM submissions, customer visits and events coordination etc
• Support maintenance of Technical Sales records and information
• Help to take minutes for the EMC steering group meeting where required

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in engineering or business administration
• Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Good time-management skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to work in a dynamic team environment

Work under supervision of NM / DNM / Supervisor / NC/ CI / RNIC / NA to perform nursing care for residents. Assist to implement care interventions for the residents.

Assist to Assess Resident’s needs on for each shift throughout their stay in Nursing Home.

Conduct rounds to ensure residents are well and safe and report any abnormality for immediate / timely treatment and follow up on progress of residents with NM / DNM / Supervisor / NC/ CI / RNIC / NA.

Basic Nursing Care - Diaper Changing, Feeding, Showering.

Temp Student Care

Job scope:

- Ushering of students

- Look after students during break time

- Require to walk around the school when the lesson is on-going

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by in-charge

Other information:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

- Salary: $12 per hour

- Location: Holland Village (Walking distance from Holland Village MRT)

- Able to commence work from 01 Aug 2024, for at least 1 to 3 months
