The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate would have strrong education credentials from top universities with more than 8 years of relevant work experience in the area of policy planning and financial/commercial background. Strong engagement experience with top management/Board and Government agencies. You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to organize and process large data. You are well versed with MS office tools, good financial modelling skills with knowledge of SQL and Power BI an advantage. Strong business writing and presentation skills is a must. Possess excellent commercial acumen with self-starter mindset.

Job Description

• Oversee routine accounting and reporting tasks, including month and year-end reporting, monthly financial and cash-flow forecasting, and annual budgeting.
• Handle tax reporting and filing responsibilities.
• Manage risk, including insurance collaboration with HQ, and handle claims in communication with the insurance company.
• Ensure adequate financing for operational and investment needs, collaborating with both HQ and local finance institutions.
• Execute monthly and annual financial closing procedures (P&L, B/S, Cash-flow), coordinating with local authorities and external auditors.
• Enhance Finance processes related to transactions (AP/AR) to boost productivity and control.
• Take ownership of and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.
