HR Operations Responsibilities:

• Handle HR administration functions
• Assist the Finance department with monthly Payroll
• Benefit & Welfare Administration

Office Management Responsibilities:

• Manage, Organise and improve the office environment
• Source & manage external vendors and suppliers (maintenance, Air con, Pantry supplier etc) to reduce cost & improve efficiency
• Manage onsite office stock & storage
• Conceptulise and implement ideas to utilise the space better (i.e area for people to each lunch / take breaks) and process to ensure items are secure and access is allowed for Chab staff only
• Liaise with IT service provider for IT related set up & any issues

• More than 5 years of Generalist HR experience, with a minimum 2 years of office management experience
