The HR Executive will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, leave management, insurance administration, office administration, and employee engagement, which encompasses event management for activities such as the annual Dinner & Dance (D&D) and other company events. Responsibilities:

• Assist in full recruitment cycle such as posting of job advertisements, shortlisting and preparation of offer etc
• Perform monthly payroll processing
• Responsible for creation and maintenance of employee database & HR systems

• Handles employees’ onboarding and offboarding arrangements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
