The role involves building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and prospects, and achieve the monthly sales target set by the company
• Conduct business presentation to clients and propose the most suitable solutions according to customer’s need
• Involve in sales related activities such as handle sales enquiries, prepare quotation & proposal, etc
• Negotiate and close deals with customers and resolving any issues or complaints; ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work with other depts to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables

Requirement:

• Minimum 2yrs of relevant working experience in doing B2B sales or business development dealing with marketers.
• Sales oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with a friendly disposition
• Experience in advertising/creative/market activation agency in the account servicing/ planning/ market activation department is advantageous are encouraged to apply.

Project Supervision on Building Maintenance works

Class 3 - Manual Licence

Commercial Vehicle - Lorry provided ( Able to drive back home + Season Carpass )

Pick up workers from dormitory & Transport workers to work site & transport workers back to dormitory after day work

Salary range from S$2,100-$2,600 depend of experience and qualification
