Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire logistics functions of the company including warehousing, delivery, incoming shipments, outgoing shipments, etc.
• Supervise the activities of the Warehouse Assistant and provide guidance and support as needed
• Ensure that all logistics functions are carried out as per the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Ensure 100% traceability of the goods by Lot number/Serial number
• Coordinate with Admin staff for a smooth running of the Logistics operations
• Perform stock take twice a year with internal staff and external auditor
• Periodic vehicle maintenance to be arranged
• Assistance in moving of heavy equipment, such as Treadmills

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any field
• Minimum 10 years of working experience, of which at least 5 years must be in Logistics
• Willing to work after office hours, on weekends & public holidays
• Class 3 Driving License
• Able to operate Forklift
• Good communication skills
