Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively as part of People Analytics team to use people data to inform and influence the business decisions at PropertyGuru.
• Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and diversity.
• Collaborate with HR team members to meet reporting deadlines and address specific data requests.
• Create data visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to make complex data more accessible and understandable for stakeholders.
• Support execution of people data requests, from requirement gathering, to ideation to solution implementation.
• Ensure data integrity by monitoring data quality and cleaning, as needed.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, HR, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R).
• Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive and confidential data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze process workflows and apply improvement techniques.
• Gather business requirements and map work processes for various departments.
• Conduct process assessments to identify suitable use cases for RPA and other automation tools.
• Create process documentation, including scorecards, process definitions, and user guides.
• Design, test, and implement automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors promptly.
• Identify best practices and opportunities for continuous improvement in RPA solutions.
• Conduct training on RPA and automation tools.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information & Communication Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in RPA implementation using UiPath or similar technology.
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator is a plus.
• Background in process analysis and improvement techniques.
• Interest in developing RPA solutions and libraries.
• Experience working with .NET, HTML, XML, and at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Python, Java).
• Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
