We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Store/Sales Manager to lead our beauty store team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing beauty advice, and managing the overall operations of the branch. Your leadership skills, sales expertise, and passion for the beauty industry will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers through outstanding customer service.
- Offer professional beauty advice and consultations, ensuring customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Provide guidance and leadership to consultants and therapists in delivering services and treatments.
- In charge of daily branch operations, including staff management, sales targets, and promotions.
- Assist in efficiently running the outlet and addressing customer complaints and feedback.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among colleagues to maintain a positive working environment.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch's monthly sales goals.
- Participate in marketing activities and campaigns set by HQ.
- Ensure treatment and consultation rooms are well-maintained and conducive to customer experiences.
- Undertake ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the beauty wellness industry, with a proven sales track record.
- Independent, motivated, and proactive mindset.
- Strong sales focus, service-oriented approach, and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, display leadership qualities, and motivate colleagues.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
