You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting security systems and implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to mitigate risks and protect against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing day-to-day administration of CCure ACS at offices in Singapore which will be primarily related to the administration of physical security systems (ACS and CCTV) and will include the issuance, removal and alternation of access rights; the capturing, recording and storage of CCTV footage and the routine maintenance of the systems' hardware and to ensure optimum performance.
• Assisting Security Operations Manager (SOM) and Regional Security Management team.
• Understanding and abiding to security access policy and CCTV monitoring policy.
• Proceeding access requests for Client’s buildings/office suites through ACS and Ccure9000.
• Maintaining the right access activation and timely deactivation for staff requests.
• Monitoring of hardware and software to ensure operationality on ACS and CCTV systems.
• Providing software system trouble shooting and attending to in-conjunction to JCI-Tyco support.
• Preparing and sending out monthly validation access report to designated area approvers.
• Generating daily and weekly staff movement reports.
• Manage quarterly preventive maintenance for ACS and CCTV with JCI Tyco vendor.
• Assisting in ACS and CCTV restack, upgrading and migration projects.
• Maintaining healthy inventory stock list for ACS, CCTV systems & accessories, physical security equipment's and office stationeries.
• Respond to any life-threatening situations, security alerts and situations, criminal acts, civil demonstration and unrest, fire and power outbreak, terrorist attack, natural disaster, etc., to report all incidents to SOM immediately with detailed incident report and assist in security investigation if required.

About the Position

SRS is currently seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and capable Security Control Center Supervisor to join one of its most prestigious contracts in Singapore. The selected candidate will be exposed to a high-performance environment that is fast-paced, and dynamic; supporting the round-the-clock operations at the dedicated APAC Security Control Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the ASCC Manager and work in a team of other Supervisors, Specialists, a Security Systems Supervisor and an Intel Analyst.
• Oversee workflow, monitor and account for performance of ASCC Specialist.
• Exercise level of leadership, management and supervision.
• Ensure all functions of the APAC Security Control Center are carried out in an efficient and effective manner whilst providing maximum security support.
• Manage and coordinate security communications operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the ASCC Procedures (SOPs);
• Ability to perform well and maintain a high degree of professionalism and service on a routine basis, during emergency situations or under extreme pressure;
• Coordinate the daily development and dissemination of intelligence and operationally based reports to support our Global Security and regional business partners.
• Support 24/7 scheduling and coverage for the ASCC;
• Coordinate and support emergency and crisis management assets providing a timely and coherent response to incidents as they arise;
• Liaise with Regional Security Managers, Regional Intel, Regional Ops, Risk and Crisis Management and all other required company personnel to ensure that all relevant security information is disseminated in a timely manner.
• Develop a comprehensive working knowledge of all ASCC programs and procedures;
• Partner with and communicate with global security partners to conduct tactical security assessments as required, and where necessary provide feedback on proposed mitigation strategies for country and regional specific threats;
• Execute the design and implementation of project related security strategies, security policies/ standards and establish a concrete course of action for their implementation and review;
• Provide support by monitoring open sources for breaking news and current events that affect the company, its employees, and guests across Asia Pacific.
• Liaise with regional security partners to ensure that training procedures and policies are implemented within acceptable standards;
• Maintain close links with key stakeholders to ensure that all projects are implemented with the highest degree of professionalism safety and security;
• Offer management and tactical guidance.
• Support development of policy, procedures and protocols for future ASCC operational and technological integrations.
• Serves as the first responder for information by assisting employees domestically or internationally with security- or travel-related emergencies;
• Have a full understanding of the functions, roles and systems used at all sites, such as Security, Incident management & escalation, CCTV, etc.
• Provides excellent support to regional guests and employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned by ASCC Management staff or other approved Global Security management.
• Assist in the effective implementation of the regional employee travel safety and security program.
• Ensures proper distribution of notification via our Emergency Mass Notification System (i.e. Everbridge).
• Work as part of a rotating 8-hour shift schedule and ensure continuous functioning of the 24/7 center.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with or in a Communications or Operations Center related operation
• Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Strategic/Security Studies, Political Science, Business or a related discipline, or any closely related field of study
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Supervisory experience in a related field desired
• The ability to receive and relay direction, and have ability to multi-task and coordinate several incidents at once
• Experience in report writing which may include incident/event analysis, regional risk and business impact analysis
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel including key company executives
• Strong service/interpersonal skills especially during times of crisis
• Strong interest and familiarity with international current events
• Familiarity with tools such as Everbridge (VCC), Intel tools, access control and surveillance tools, etc. is strongly preferred

Roles & responsibilities

• Manage up to 15 SOC Operators, in shift patterns as required (Rota shifts)
• Liaise with other Security Operations Centres (R/GSOC) within the SOC network and ensure best practice is maintained throughout the network.
• Take responsibility for ensuring a high level of service to local and remote sites and staff with the emphasis on the security and safety of staff, assets and information.
• To effectively provide direction and manage all SOC technologies including network video, access control etc.
• To lead the response and provide direct action to incidents and alarm activation.
