Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy Development:

Manage the planning, implementation and execution of marketing campaigns across all platforms within HOST’s portfolio, including event marketing, cross-functional responsibilities, engagement, content marketing, and social media amplification.

2. Marketing Plans:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for 1-HOST, encompassing all 9 venues under 1-Group, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and conversion. Collaborate with the larger marketing team to plan and execute activations and promotional strategies that align with the company's objectives.

3. Cross-functional Collaborations

Collaborate and support cross-functional marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of effective marketing strategies for key areas such as annual wedding showcases, event photoshoots, and social media postings.

4. Digital Marketing:

Oversee the development, management, and execution of 1-HOST’digital presence, including website maintenance, social media, Meta ads, budgeting, and email marketing. Create engaging content that supports both HOST’s brand and the respective outlet’s brand identity, and review SEM campaigns to drive impressions and conversions.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track, monitor, and analyse key performance metrics, such as sales data, customer feedback, and campaign results. Using key performance metrics to measure the impact of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

6. Creative Content Production

Lead the execution of content materials and creative briefs (e.g. IG Stories, reels, short videos) that resonate with the target audience. Visual assets should be persuasive, value-adding, and impactful to drive action. Adherence to schedules and attention to brand guidelines are key.

7. Brand Management:

Actively manage and maintain HOST’s brand identity on digital platforms such as Google and Facebook to maximize community engagement and brand exposure.

8. Market Research:
Be the subject matter of the brand. Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Utilise market research to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.

9. Collateral Development:
Ability to create digital kits and creative briefs for external vendors to create compelling marketing collaterals to effectively persuade and communicate the outlet’s value proposition.

• Proven experience in events marketing, with a successful track record of developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of the wedding and lifestyle industry, market trends, and customer behaviour.

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools. Graphic design or experience with Canva is a plus.

Sales Executive

The Role:

The Sales Executive will be reporting to the Sales Director and responsible for meeting the assigned sales target. Focus on new business development and account management such as MNCs, Fortune 1000 companies and major government sectors.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of Unified Communications (UC), Multimedia and Information Technology (IT) Solutions to Enterprises, MNCs, and relevant major government sector.
• Execution of business strategies and account planning for target sector.
• Build, manage and farm sales pipeline through cold calls, from existing customer base and internal sales leads.
• Manage end user relationships and develop solutions based on clients’ organizational requirements to strategically map a futureproofing solution to penetrate, win and protect customer accounts.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sourcing spare part or components for our product /system, purchasing, and expediting orders to meet the schedule and handles import /export shipping documentation, Certificate of Origin, LC negotiation, etc.

• Source for suppliers of components of technical products & systems, office equipment etc.

• Handling and support in daily purchasing routines and negotiating prices with suppliers.

• Maintain and update Approved Vendor List regularly

• Plan and execute materials purchases to ensure materials availability to meet customer's request and production plan.

• Follow up and liaise with suppliers and forwarding agent to ensure smooth and timely goods delivery.

• Documents processing and updating system accordingly (PO, invoices, receipt of acknowledgment, etc...).

• Process, handle and maintain all import and export documentation and procedures.

• Handle all import/export shipments (including LC shipments) and ensuring goods are shipped out and received timely.

• Liaise with suppliers/customers to ensure order fulfilment and manage shipping related enquiries and matters while maintaining proper legal and customs compliance.

• Coordinate and follow up closely with internal departments, like production and warehouse on the cargo readiness.

• Monitors the status of the shipment, co-ordinates with the suppliers, shipping agents and customers.

• Check and update freight invoices from carrier/forwarders and proper tracking to ensure that shipping cost is competitive.

Job Requirements :

• GCE “O”/”A” Level or Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or related discipline

• Min 3 years’ experience in logistics planning and shipping documentation

• Good understanding of import/export process, Incoterms, and requirements of free trade agreements (Form D/E)

• Keen eye for details and meticulous

• Mature and able to handle things independently
