Currently, our client is seeking for IT System Administrator to provide support to staff on all company supported hardware and end-user computing software. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and advice on appropriate action. Assist in project-based activities.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Take an aggressive approach in proactively supporting all staff in the base location, collaborating with IT Organization to ensure that staff is operating effectively from an IT support standpoint
• Work closely with Service Desk to expedite technical problem resolutions, address users’ queries and follow-throughs
• Partner with Local IT Project Team in providing infrastructure service, new customer startups, internal project including technical investigation and documentation, testing and execution, etc.

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology
• Preferably, IT-Certification in Microsoft Tools
• At least 1 year of technical knowledge on Microsoft Tools
• Customer service experience and Logistics Business Knowledge is an advantage
• Expected to perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by IT Team Leads

Scope of Services

• The services are set out as follows, duties include:
• Maintain general cleanliness of school compound including cleaning of CCA venues, staff rooms and special rooms. This will include sweeping, mopping & clearing of rubbish etc
• Arranging/re-arranging furniture for meetings/exams/functions as and when required
• Moving heavy objects from point to point
• Locking/unlocking classrooms
• Operate and maintain basic office equipment & materials if required
• Any other task assigned by the Reporting Officer

Job Description:

• Provide in-house CTRM support to worldwide users during their day to day tasks (including pricing, exposure, pnl, VaR, invoicing matters and more), escalate supports when required to development team and ensure following-up with them. Ownership required on each support to provide best service.
• Understand and challenge CTRM’s enhancement requests from users, in order to liaise with development team.
• Train new comers, as well as current users when required, on any part of the CTRM and/or other in-house applications.
• Operation and problem solving of business applications including jobs monitoring, interfaces and servers in close collaboration with DBA, network, infrastructure and development teams.

Requirements:

• Must have: Working experience of minimum 4 years in the field of IT software applications in the commodities trading business with involvement in business applications change management and day-to-day operation and support
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in an IT related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and technical skills (SQL, Oracle DB, basic programming) as well as a good perception of user needs and business processes
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the SIM/Nursing laboratory is equipped with necessary requisites for lessons scheduled.
• Carry out housekeeping and preventive maintenance duties.
• Enforce safety rules and standards.
• Carry out specific duties or tasks assigned in support of events by supervisor/ management team.
• Work together with academic staff to ensure lesson objectives are achieved.
• Work together with other technical executives to achieve common objectives.
• Ensure all labs and equipment are clean and maintained for staff & student use.

Who You Are:
