As a key member of the IT team, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing infrastructure systems across both local and overseas sites.


Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and configure infrastructure systems (Active Directory, data centers, telephony, video conferencing, etc.) and network devices (firewall, VPN, wireless, etc.).
• Ensure automatic system backups, implement disaster recovery plans, monitor resource usage, and apply patches as needed.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation such as admin and user guides.
• Provide technical support to local and international branches, ensuring LAN/WAN security.
• Source products, solutions, and vendors for project needs.
• Offer L1/L2 support and contribute as a team lead or member in various IT projects.

Requirements:
• Singaporean/ PR only.
• Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science, or a CCNA certification.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with overseas stakeholders.
• At least 1 year of experience in enterprise networking (WAN/LAN, VPN).
• Proficient in managing Microsoft Server, Microsoft 365, and Google Suite.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, and Firewall setup.
• Familiarity with Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless controllers.
• Strong understanding of CyberRisk, CyberSecurity, and PDPA.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, UNIX/Linux, API/Web programming, and database management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• To manage daily priorities such as incoming enquiries via phone or email
• To prepare quotations, ITQ / RFQ and supporting documents for submission
• To acknowledge PO and order processing (SO) in the SAP system
• To maintain equipment database, SAP warranty record (both SAP and excel database)
• To maintain pressure vessel database, monitor inspection due date and follow up with customer.
• To liaise with sub-contractor for pressure vessel inspection arrangement
• To generate weekly / monthly reports to assist management team in reaching their sales goals (Eg: Commissioning List, weekly; Service team sales report, weekly)
• To liaise / conduct weekly service sales meeting
• To perform various ad hoc duties and provide administrative support as assigned

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a fully qualified Learning Support teacher with outstanding subject knowledge to join an exceptional Learning Support team. The ability to support students in the Sixth Form will be an advantage as will a qualification to assess for public examination access arrangements. • A post-graduate qualification in the field of SEND
• Possess the drive and passion necessary to manage the needs of students with disabilities and learning difficulties including but not limited to those associated with:

• Have an understanding of psychometric testing and be able to interpret recommendations for a student
• A level 7 qualification in psychometric testing, assessment and access arrangements, or equivalent, would be an advantage
• A working knowledge of assessments such as WIAT-III-T, DASH, TOWRE-2, CTOPP-2 would be advantageous, as would experience with applications for access arrangements

2. Teaching and Learning

• Create a safe learning environment where students can flourish

• Collaborate with the other Learning Support teachers and the Senior Academic Support assistants, sharing your expertise
• Work closely with the pastoral teams and the Coordinated Wellbeing Services team (educational psychologist, family liaison officer, school counsellors, nurses) to understand, plan for and meet the needs of individuals
• Work with parents and families to ensure the best outcomes for students
• Liaise with outside agencies such as educational and clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists
