Your primary responsibility lies in providing comprehensive training to all company employees, including both shore and ship staff, enabling them to proficiently utilize the various modules and functions of the Ship Management Software.

Furthermore, you will actively work to decrease overall energy consumption on board vessels through a range of measures. These measures encompass monitoring the hull condition, conducting regular follow-ups with vessels to optimize fuel consumption of various machineries on board. Additionally, you will actively engage with various class and flags for the submission of crucial data, such as IMO DCS, EU MRV, etc., in compliance with relevant regulations. Monitoring EEXI and CII compliance will also fall under your purview to ensure adherence to the required standards.

There are two main areas you will be responsible for:

Training and Implementation of Ship Management software:

• Ensuring data (i.e.spares, jobs, class, inventory, location and machinery planned maintenance system (MPMS certification) are accurately built, mapped and maintained in the PMS module.
• Monitoring and review job frequencies, overdue jobs and defects jobs on a routine basis.
• Managing the entire lifecycle of software for various modules including initial setup, activities and forms creation and modification, workflow changes and resolve queries from the Marine & Technical Team.

Support the Vessel Performance & Energy Management/ Optimization activities:

• Monitoring fleet for energy efficiency or optimization and comply with the Emission regulatory directives.
• Data collection, verification, submission of IMO DCS, EU MRV and other declarations to flag and port states.
• By doing data quality checks on daily noon reports.
• Analysing Power vs speed trends to identify Hull fouling. Advising technical/ operations department for Hull cleaning for the vessel if Hull is expected to be fouled.
• Keep abreast of any regulations, technology or other developments in relation to energy efficiency by interacting with shipping industry parties
• Must be abIe to implement company objectives of fuel efficiency, vessel performance monitoring, CO2 reduction, monetize.
• Monitoring and analyse performance data of the vessels.
• Do feasibility studies on improving the energy conservation on board vessels such as use of alternate fuels, using energy efficiency devices etc.
• Providing regular training to ship staff on best practices of energy conservation on board the vessels.
• Preparing & send out monthly / quarterly / half yearly & annual fleet performance reports & comparisons to management & commercial

Job Dimension:

• Perform accounting and reporting requirements of the Singapore office in accordance to the Group and T&S standards and procedures, local and various regulations (i.e., Global Trader Programme (‘GTP’), tax, SOX, IFRS / FRS and statutory audit etc.)
• Constant interaction within the team and other departments of the entity/group affiliates in Geneva, US, Paris and other parts of the world

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the accounting records of all general administration costs in the Singapore Office
• Check and post all approved general administration invoices and employee claims timely and accurately

Education and Work Experience

• Collaborate with agency partners to analyse program data, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement strategies to improve conversion, click-through, and overall ROl.
• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure affiliate offers and content are tailored to resonate with local markets, taking into account cultural nuances and language preferences.
• Cultivate solid and productive relationships with affiliate partners, providing them the support and resources needed to promote products and services effectively.
• Prepare regular performance reports that track key metrics such as partner performance, program ROl, and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of 5+ years in performance marketing, with a strong preference for experience in affiliate marketing.
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics. Proficiency in using data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

• Prior experience in B2B or fintech marketing is a plus. A strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the specific challenges businesses face in managing cross-border payments is highly desirable.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

Job Description:

1. Bartending Excellence: Lead by example in providing exceptional bartending service, including crafting high-quality cocktails, recommending beverages, and ensuring prompt and friendly service to guests.
2. Team Leadership: Supervise and train bar staff, including bartenders, barbacks, and beverage servers. Set performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
3. Menu Development: Collaborate with the Bar Manager and culinary team to develop creative and innovative beverage menus that align with the restaurant's concept and appeal to guests. Summary:

The ESC Transportation Operations Manager will work with logistics business leads to define and manage roadmaps and manage operations to effectively deliver on the ESC program objectives. Review impacts to logistics and develop mitigation strategies. Influence decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership and a customer-focused approach. Provides functional subject matter expertise and anticipates customer's needs. Interface with multiple vendors and partners to gather and synthesize detailed business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build customer relationship and provide excellent customer service, understanding their needs and goals
• Identify and address issues that impact customer satisfaction and improve customer experience
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries/problems regarding ESC
• Build and present executive ready presentations and written reports to major stakeholders
• Lead project calls discussing progress, risks, challenges and ultimately facilitate decision-making
• Communicate key operational milestones to all key stakeholders and drive alignment
• Review engineering design drawings and align within project scope
• Work with planners and PM’s and create plans to support preplanning and on time delivery

• Monitor operations and coordinate with forwarders and suppliers for on time delivery
• Proactively identify and developing mitigation strategies for risks and logistics impacts
• Maintain and report project metrics specific to on-time delivery, safety, quality, spend, and savings globally
• Monitor and report on supplier and forwarder performance to agreed SLO’s,  risk and priorities
• Ensure projects follow the proper project management life cycle and include proper documentation such as project charters, documentation for public consumption, technical and end-user documentation, document storage and controls

• Conduct post-implementation reviews (i.e., evaluate performance against defined project goals)
