This Regional E-com function is focused on supporting the digital growth priorities of the brand, both strategically and commercially. The role focuses on maximizing the customer experience by balancing commerciality and brand. As regional digital experience manager, you will be responsible for creating the best possible overall product experience for the user. You will also be responsible for establishing a digital customer journey based on the commercial plan, supported by the digital content strategy. You will lead the work in creating customer journey guidelines for Regional and local content teams.
