RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the HR team in the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, namely talent management, learning and development, succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, and HR initiatives and projects as required.

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top-tier candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position

As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across the organization. Requirement

• Lead the team of helpdesk engineers and provide support.
• Responsible for software and asset management (including asset disposal, commissioning, and decommissioning)
• Resolves issues related to desktop computing, software, and hardware
• Support all end-user BAU activities, such as software upgrades and the installation or uninstallation of approved software.
• Performing break-fix issues on: desktop/laptop, IT peripherals, iPhone/iPad, Windows, MAC OS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Mobile Device Management, VPN connectivity-related issues.
• Printer support and installation, basic network connectivity troubleshooting, Zoom telephony.
• Responsible for incident tickets and service requests are constantly acknowledged, prioritized, resolved to the agreed SLA, or ensured to be sent to resolver groups as necessary.
• Incident management for P1 to P4 tickets. Managing users’ communication and broadcast.
• Produce operational documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
• Oversee, develop and optimize the end-user services processes and procedures to continually adapt to the changing requirements of modern workspace services.
• Continually track hardware and software licensing inventory and consumption.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEC and SOX Manager to join our finance team. The SEC and SOX Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, and other financial reporting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting (US), internal controls, and a proven track record of successfully managing SOX compliance programs.

Responsibilities

Assist in all SEC accounting activities, contribute to the analysis of key business data to aid in the formulation of company strategy and facilitate informed management decision-making.

SEC Reporting

• Oversee the preparation and filing of accurate and timely quarterly and annual reports (20-F, 6-K) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and external auditors, to ensure compliance with SEC regulations.
• Stay informed about changes in SEC reporting requirements and communicate relevant updates to the finance team.

SOX Compliance

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program.
• Lead and manage the organization's Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program, ensuring the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify key controls and monitor changes in business processes that may impact internal controls.
• Coordinate with process owners to update and document control narratives, process flows, and control testing procedures.

Internal Controls and Process improvement

• Assess and enhance internal control procedures to strengthen the control environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to streamline financial reporting processes while maintaining a strong control environment.
• Provide guidance and training to process owners and stakeholders on internal control principles and best practices.

Audit Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors in matters related to SEC reporting and SOX compliance.
• Facilitate the audit process, ensuring timely provision of required documentation and information.
• Address auditor inquiries and findings, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Technical Accounting Research

• Stay abreast of new accounting standards and regulatory changes (e.g. ESG, EU-ETS), including the implementation of new pronouncements.
• Conduct technical accounting research to address complex accounting issues and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a finance role with a focus on SEC and SOX compliance.
• Thorough knowledge of SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, IFRS and other relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
