Job Responsibilities

• Provide first, second level Network support.
• Experience in configuring, troubleshooting routing and switching protocol - BGP, OSPF, HSRP, layer 2 switch eg VLAN, STP
• Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining a firewall solution.
• Working knowledge of OSI layer 7 protocols including TCP/UDP, DNS, DHCP, http/https

Position Summary:

The Lab Support Specialist performs Instrument and Information Technology Support including infrastructure, software, system integration, instrument support, IT, and project management as required to support EFII growth across all sub-business units.
