POSITION SUMMARY

The QHSE and Facility Manager at Wrist is a key role that promotes operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standard of quality, health, safety, and environmental responsibility, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Food Safety Leadership is central to the activities, ensuring proper compliance with regulations and effective facilities management.

This role takes ownership of implementing global best practices and drives continuous improvement. The QHSE and Facility Manager will spearhead the 5S program, enhancing organizational efficiency and maintaining a clean, orderly environment.

The ultimate goal is Total Customer Satisfaction.

SPECIFIC MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Quality Programs Management:

Maintain the highest standard of our quality programs, including BizSafe, HACCP Certificates, and ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018), through vigilant management and customer-focused audits.

- Food Safety Management:

Oversee the Food Safety Management System to underpin QHSE and operating standards, ensuring compliance with local, global, and high food safety standards.

- Health and Safety:

Design and implement rigorous occupational health and safety programs to prevent workplace incidents, ensure compliance, and initiate prompt corrective actions.

- Environmental:

Lead the development of environmental management systems to minimize our impact on the planet according to our Group ESG policy.

- Risk Management:

Perform comprehensive risk assessments, identify potential hazards, ensure adherence to local HSE regulations, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

- Facilities Oversight:

Manage facilities, services, and maintenance. Oversee landlord relations, utilities, and equipment maintenance to ensure our facilities support our operational needs effectively.

- ESG Advocacy:

- 5S Implementation:

- Continuous Improvement:

- Incident and Nonconformance Management:

Coordinate and support product nonconformance and accident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations and corrective actions.

- QHSE Meetings:

Lead monthly QHSE meetings with management to discuss customer complaints, occupational incidents, near misses, regulatory changes, training needs, and action plans.

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide Level 2 Customer Support for Marine in APAC for Subsidiaries, Distributors, Service Partners and Customers.
• Responsible for Marine Product Support.
• Support the Customer Care Center Duty Manager.
• Attends to all technical enquiries and work with Factory's Level 3 and R&D.
• Provide leads and support to After-Sales Dept.
• Coordinates service recoveries, support installation and commissioning.
• Provide on-site investigations/troubleshooting in the APAC region when required.
• Support warranty claims evaluation and provide justification for approval and rejection according to PSPM.
• Coordinates with Failure Analysis Center to carry out FAC as required.
• Any other Support Requirement to the region.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical/ Electronic)
• At least 5 to 10 years working experiences with high level of experience/ expertise and sound knowledge of Marine and Diesel engines, components, and systems.
• Experience in ship building industry an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Customer Service/ After Sales matters
• Ability to understand electrical and mechanical drawings, specifications and documentations.
• Good coordination, troubleshooting, logical- and analytical skills
• Good computer skills and good familiarity with relevant software and information sources
• Strong drive and initiative with the ability to work under pressure and highly independent

Job Requirements

Machine Shop Manager

This is a critical role which requires a strong technical background in managing a highly proficient machine shop team including the tool crib operations. This position has the overall responsibility for machine shop output in terms of safety, quality and on time deliveries. This position is also responsible for managing the supervisor and programing teams including design of tooling, fixtures, and machining sequence for complex features. The role also supports the sales teams by providing the estimation of machining hours and best optimized solution.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manpower management to ensure safety and high efficiency in the machine shop.
• Ensure quality, OTD and productivity targets are met.
• Responsible to manage all resources such as manpower, tooling, fixtures, gages, programs etc. for efficient operation of machine shop.
• Evaluation of complex machine drawings for manufacturing.
• Propose and implement tooling & fixtures for machining of complex features. Manage cost savings on toolings and fixtures.
• Support sales team on accurate estimation of machining hours.
• Evaluate the reasons for variances between planned and actual and implement actions to mitigate the variances.
• Lead daily MRB (Material Review Board) meeting to provide technical input for jobs when nonconformance occurs.
• Involve in troubleshooting on quality issues which includes working with subcontractors.
• Manage machinists and programming team from multinational countries.
• Support new product manufacturing method and FA process.
• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Candidate must have a strong background in managing a CNC machine shop.
• Exposure to machining of complex parts for oil & gas equipment is preferred.
• Good mechanical / technical skills
• Good understanding of ANSI, ASME Standards and API Products requirements.
• Good knowledge of CNC programming software will be helpful.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, team player, energetic and willing to work hard.

This is a full-time role for a Manager - Customer Service & Billing in the third-party logitsics Warehouse Department in SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. You will be reporting to the HOD and lead a customer service team of about 20 staff to meet the logistics requirement of our clients.

Manager - Customer Service & Billing

1. Report to Head of Department, lead a customer service team in the third-party logistics warehouse department.
2. Integrate management direction into strategy and seek continuous improvement deliverables in Customer Service & Billing area.
3. Drive the customer service team to meet customers’ KPIs.
4. Respond to customer queries and ensure that their requirements are met.
5. Be the owner of processes including the department’s Business Continuity Plan and guide the customer service team to execute them in an efficient, effective and timely manner.
6. Prepare management & operational reports on Customer Service & Billing performance.
7. Work closely with IT Department & vendors to implement change management to WMS & SAP processes.
8. Plan annual stock take for key accounts and coordinate with the stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of the annual stock take.
9. Provide monthly accrual on billing to Finance Department.
10. Ensure billing to customers are perform timely and accurately to meet KPIs set by the Head of Department.
11. Review debtor aging list and recommend suitable debts collection plan to management.
