• Min Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other related courses of studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in HRIS system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions such as recruitment and hiring, manpower planning, compensation and benefits, manpower planning, learning and development, employer-employee relations, and workplace safety.
• To develop and implement HR strategies and policies, ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and the company's development needs.
• To ensure HR compliance in all areas and effective implementation of HR strategies aligned to the Institute’s business objectives.
• Formulates plans for the development of the company's organizational structure and personnel and promotes their implementation;
• Planning employee’s benefit plans to design and implement
• Closely linked with the business department, organize regular inventory and internal talent assessment work;
• Administering the full spectrum of payroll includes accurate and timely processing of payroll, CPF submission, income tax preparation and submission, reservists’ pay and all other claims, reconciliation of the monthly payroll reports, audit matters, and all other payroll-related matters.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management whenever required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Business or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferable in the F&B industry
• Well-versed with the local Employment Act and other related employment guidelines and regulations
• Leadership quality and ability to lead a team and supervise projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Manage a portfolio of clients and provide payroll support
• Prepare and stay updated on relevant developments and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations

• Manage and build client relationships
• Support and coach interns, where applicable

Qualifications and Skills

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Ensure effective HR adminstration of both our local and foreign employees.
• Responsible for full HR administration of our foreign workers including work pass, dormitory, onboarding, training, repatriation and etc.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws and legislations.
• Responsible for submission of statutory returns and claims eg. NS make-up claim, paid childcare and etc.
• Liaise with government or external agencies on HR issues.
• Handle employees’ queries, grievances and discipinary issues.
• Manage business related licences and insurance.
• Prepare HR reports to management.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Management to support the business.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource & Administration or equivalent.
• Prior HR experience and experience in management of foreign workers is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of employment legislations is an added advantage.
