ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial reporting
- Issuance of invoices
- Track AR and AP
- Track expense claims and inventory
- Monthly reporting and bookkeeping
- Track project expenses and payment
- Reconciliation
2. Funding and paperwork
- Tracks and document paperwork
- Coordinate financial reporting based on funding requirements
3. Operations Management
- Attend to public enquiries, information and referrals
- Keep Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process flows, and other operational materials updated
- Maintain and list calendar of events and activities on different portals
- Coordinate with the different stakeholders to manage events, projects and activities
- Provide onsite support for events and workshops
- Management and maintenance of database system
- Provide general day to day administrative support
- Ensure all records are updated promptly
- Liaise with 3rd party for data reporting
4. Data reporting
- Support training team with analysis and reporting for clients
- Manages surveys
- Issuance of certificates to participants
5. HR admin & recruitment
- Manages the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process of interns
- Submission of various documentation for internship grant
6.Any other assigned work
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications - Certificate/Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
Experience - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, administration, or corporate services, preferably in a similar role.
