Business Development Manager
Responsibilities:
· You will help in the product positioning and building the go-to-market strategy for new Graymatics’ products or existing Graymatics’ products in new markets.
· Gather and organize product feedback and industry trends as input for product development.
· Handling APAC clients in terms of understanding their requirements and focus on delivering the right solution on right time with the help of engineer team support.
· Strong sales follow-up which would drive the clients towards closure.
· Supporting and guiding team members in sales process for smoother conversions.
· Analyze and track competitive threats and trends within the industry and provide Strategic evaluation.
· Work with engineering in defining new product specifications, User Interface and to prioritize incoming product requests.
· Provide sales support in RFP responses as necessary or presentation customization.
· Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands
· Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
Job Requirements:
· MBA in business, marketing, communication or any other related field from top university.
· Experience in Business development and Direct sales with strong follow-up, client relationship and negotiation skills.
· Understanding of marketing strategy, product development, advertising, lead generation through existing clients and incremental sales by retaining existing clients.
· Must be passionate & enthusiastic with a "hands on approach." Have an entrepreneur mindset.
· Building relationship with local clients and generating business with the help of influencers.
· A team-player and adaptable to changes in the business environment.
· Engaged with customers to resolve their complaints and issues and thereby paved way
for increased customer satisfaction.
