• Manage full spectrum of payroll related function for assigned subsidiary (Tax clearance submission, monthly CPF submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission);
• Assist in recruitment initiatives for other subsidiaries within the Group;
• Company-wide committee facilitation and participation;
• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health reporting;
• Provide direct support to employees during implementation of HR services, policies and programs;
• Updating HR policies and organize CSR related programs;
• Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree Holder in any field; Diploma / Degree Holder in HR or related field is a distinct advantage;
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant experience in Human Resources with Payroll Processing responsibilities for an organisation in Singapore is required for this position;
• Experience in payroll softwares will be an advantage;
• Possess a high level of responsibility and integrity to maintain confidentiality of all HR and payroll records;
• Meticulous with good communication skills;
• Indepensent and self-motivated with a growth mindset;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications;
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

This is a full-time on-site role Account located in Singapore.

Your responsibility will be:

- To close full set of books, preparation of annual financial statements,

- Preparation of GST returns, preparation of tax returns with tax computations, accounts -payable payment support service, any other tailor made management reports.

- Assist clients with accounting, payroll, GST and Corporate Tax related issues

- Adding some admin tasks.

• Responsible for the full cycle of the company’s recruitment process such as hiring, employment contracts, onboarding & orientation and training & development.
• Review and craft job descriptions (JD) and create a JD library.
• Create and place job placement ads on job portals.
• Screen resumes received and conduct preliminary interviews before shortlisting of potential candidates for interview with respective hiring managers.
• Scheduling of interviews and conduct the interviews with hiring managers.
• Responsible to follow up with job offer and conduct reference checks for selected talent.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and prepare salary proposals for selected candidates. Ensure proposed salaries are aligned with internal benchmark.
• Responsible and administer foreign employment contract, work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Responsible for administrative, on-boarding activities and logistics support for new hires such as explaining salary & terms of offer, contract preparation, personnel file preparation, induction and etc.
• Ensure accurate data reporting, keeping close track of new employees’ probationary period and update recruitment tracking file in a timely manner
• Track expenses relating to work passes and ensure consistency in billing.
• Explore and pilot innovative sourcing methods, and continue to find new ways of improving the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels.
• Handle all e2i Grants and Place and Train, or other grants that are beneficial for hiring needs.
• Work with department managers to develop training programs for onboarding & orientation.
• Conduct exit interview with resignee.
• Prepare manpower and other ad-hoc reports.
• Plan and participate in online recruitment fairs to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Assist on other HR projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or Business 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong working knowledge in time management and payroll systems is advantage.
• Working days : 5.5 Days

• Working Hour : 8:30am - 6pm (Monday -Friday)

: 8:30 am - 1 pm (Saturday)

Responsibilities:

• Handle all work passes (Applications, Renewal, and Cancellations) including liaising with government bodies.
• Update HR databases & P-files.
• Play the role of labor officer to liaise with Projects and office employees.
• Handle insurances and work injury claim matters.
• Administer the recruitment, onboarding, grievance and off-boarding processes.
• Monitoring of employees’ employment contract expiry, permit expiry and confirmation due date.
• Employee welfare (workers medical check-up, leave management and workers air tickets).
• Initiating and organising company team building activities (D&D, birthday, company's trip).
• Ensure that current HR practices are in compliance with all government regulations and advising management on needed actions.
• Submission of Claims (Levy/ NS/ Maternity/ Paternity/ Childcare Leave) and government grants.
• Submission of workers IR8A.
• Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements
