• Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
• Payroll experience , Knowledge in using Easypay, ERP and having relevant experience in construction industry preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform the full spectrum of HR activities and provide dedicated HR services and support including and not limiting to recruitment, on boarding and off boarding process, policy and procedure, compensation and benefits
• Maintain and upkeep confidential employee personal files
• Handle employees’ medical, workman injury compensation and group hospitalisation insurance and co-ordinate with company’s insurance broker on issues relating to insurance premiums, renewals, and claims
• Ensure timely submission of government and MOM-related surveys
• Ensure all HR administrative matters pertaining to employee employment, confirmation,transfer, cessations and government claims submissions etc are handled timely
• Administer all necessary grant applications
• Maintain Info-Tech Cloud HR System

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource field in any industry
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
• Must be well versed with the Employment Act, industry trends and HR best practices
• Familiar with government legislations eg. MOM, CPF, Tax
• Analytical, pro-active and a team player
• Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of all hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills

• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to facilitate the smooth workflow process.
• Assess the degree of hazards and risks to ensure workplace safety is maintained.
• Communicate with the management, contractors and sub-contractors on the adjustments to cost estimates to facilitate smooth transition of information.
• Conduct the negotiations during the course of the project in order to ensure issues are resolved.
• Control project scope to meet project objectives in order to enhance project deliverables and key work activities.
• Monitor project costs to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved in accordance to building contract law.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with standards.
• Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
• Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to the building and construction regulations.
• Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.
• Attendance of site/technical meetings

• Maintain control of all project documentation.
• Coordinates and maintains special inspection documentation for the project.
• Create, manage and track RFI’s from the field to the Architect/Engineer of record.
• Maintain and distribute project plans, Maintain/update project records.
• Assist the Project Manager/Superintendent in creating and distributing the project schedule.
• Understand Project plans and Specifications.
• Assist project team with conflict resolution between Owner, contractor and subcontractor.
• Responsible for understanding project plans and answering field personnel questions.
• Coordinates project change order management, creation, negotiation between Project Manager and Owner.
• Creates and distributes meeting minutes. Assists the project team with site safety documentation and coordination. Assist the project team with documenting job progress, schedule.
• Assist Project Accountant with monthly subcontractor billings and pay applications.
• Assist Project Manager with assigned tasks.

• Collecting structural materials required for designs.
• Calculating dimensions, weight limitations, and measurements for designs.
• Drafting designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Creating diagrams and layouts to illustrate the workflow of designs.
• Collaborating with the design team to review drawings and designs.
• Making adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.
• Ensuring designs comply with company regulations and quality standards.
• Setting up drawing formats and configuration files.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, design, or a similar field.
• At least 1 year's experience as a design drafter or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of CAD software, drawing programs, and 3D modeling tools, such as SmartDraw and SketchUp.
• Excellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles.
• Solid math and analytical skills.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
