SCOPE

Maintain a record of all complaints and requests, follow up and inform concerned operating departments.

Handle all incoming Guest Intelligence Pre-Arrival Surveys.

   • Negotiate contracts and pricing with wholesale customers and suppliers.
2. Account Management:
   • Manage relationships with wholesale clients and suppliers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
   • Monitor wholesale sales performance and resolve any issues that arise.
3. Market Expansion:
   • Identify new market opportunities for wholesale products.
   • Develop and execute plans to enter new markets, including e-commerce.

Qualifications:

• Language Requirement: Japanese speaking ability is a MUST to liaise with Japanese clients.
• Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
• Wholesale Experience: Experience in wholesale distribution and management.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

• Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
• Client Entertainment: Ability to engage in client business entertainment if necessary.
• Driving License: A valid driving license is advantageous.
