Role & Responsibilities

• Liaise with main contractor on the execution and technical issue pertaining to our installation work
• Ensure site works are perform on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Attend site meetings, coordination works with Architects, Main Contractors, etc.

As part of the Medical Social Services team, you will be responsible for the counseling of patients on the use of CPF (Central Provident Fund) Medisave accounts, apply governmental financial assistance schemes to assist patients in need, explain chronic care management packages available at our polyclinics, process case documents and write social reports to facilitate the financial applications. You will also conduct peer’s audit check on Medicare Assistance, ensure proper documentation, filing and safekeeping of Medisave Authorization Form (MAF) for patients and perform daily reconciliation of MAF (Medisave Application Form) to the Medisave sign-up cases in the clinic system. Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible to Provide primarily execute & support directives set forth at production department.
2. Fully responsible for First Article Run till Approval, and take charge of preliminary production run lots. This includes plan, monitor and control projects from the receipt of orders through completion and getting project acceptance by customers.
3. Review / prepare, administer and implement Process Routes, Inspection Plans and other operational procedures in accordance to the project specifications, client's surveillance requirements, and enforce the same on Operations in their project execution. This includes designing of Jig and Fixtures which is required for the machining process, as well as development of CNC Program for executing the machining run of the products.
4. Communicate and co-ordinate with inter-departments and relevant parties pertaining to the technical requirements and engineering aspects of the assigned projects.
5. Provide expertise and advisory support to enable operations are effectively and responsibly execute, and consistently maintain, quality workmanship and conformance to design and project specifications, and good manufacturing / engineering practices.
6. Respond and resolve technical / quality issues of the production orders among inter-departments / customers.
7. Participate in the implementation of risk assessment and risk control of medical devices

Competence Requirement:-

• NTC / Diploma / Degree in Precision Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Manufacturing field or equivalent.
• Fresh degree holder in engineering related field may be considered for Engineer position, while others educational holder must have relevant 3 – 8 years of experiences in precision engineering or equivalent field.
