• Minimum 3 years working experience
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or Production and have relevant work
• Working knowledge of English, both orally and in writing
• Understanding aviation business specifically in the area of spares supply chain management
• Technical and process oriented background with the ability to understand and interpret technical documentation and drawings
• Ability to understand your customer to develop and propose creative solutions
• Flexible, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and successfully deal with unexpected situations / issues.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point...) and SAP R/3.
• Ability to build successful relations across functions and with all stakeholders
• Strong ability to work in a team to achieve common targets
• Positive, pro-active, and enthusiastic communication and working
• Flexibility in terms of working times, which could include weekend or shift work if required to fulfil targets.

Job Description

• Tactical/ Strategic Purchasing
• Vendor Management handling the local & overseas suppliers
• Manage on-time delivery program, expediting delivery of materials to meet production requirement, handle supplier shipment discrepancies
• Update daily and monthly planning & purchasing reports, follow up weekly with suppliers on forecasted requirements
• Generating purchasing order, expediting, re-scheduling and handling excess and inventory control management
• Ensure timely delivery materials to support the plant’s operation and manufacturing needs
• RMA management
• Ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Min Diploma qualification or other relevant certificates
• Min 2 year experience in manufacturing/contract manufacturing
• EPICOR experience is preferred
• Good communication, negotiation, Self-motivated and highly responsible with the ability to work under pressure
• Knowledge in raw materials is a must

• Must be able to read/write/speak Mandarin
• Coordinate with customer service team for transport and delivery arrangements
• Generate Job order for Drivers
• Liaise with Warehouse on forklift charges and raise PV for payment of forklift
• Handle schedule routing through in-house system
• Updating of customer service and sales teams on order delivery status
• Raise invoice for job done and check for completeness
• Calculate monthly overtime for Drivers
• Maintain lorry profile, upkeep motor vehicles records
• Manage complaints from sales representatives or customers
• Liaise with customer’s rescheduling & orders
