Position Overview

It’s an exciting and transformative time to join talenTtrust as we gear up for a period of growth. To facilitate this, we are creating a new role for a Fundraising Manager. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive revenue generation through fundraising activities, corporate partnerships, and events. You will have a clean slate to develop creative revenue generating strategies that align to our mission, and build relationships with purposeful corporates.

You may be a seasoned fundraiser looking for a greenfield opportunity, or someone with solid fundraising / business development experience under their belt who is looking to step up. Either way, we are seeking a true people person with an entrepreneurial spirit and a results oriented mindset to join our small, ambitious team.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the development of revenue channels from a range of partners and institutions including corporate and private foundations, government grants and individual donors.
• Develop and implement compelling fundraising strategies and activities such as events, individual giving and digital campaigns.
• Work with the CEO to develop strategies to identify and source suitable partners, develop inspirational pitches that attract collaboration, and convert leads into long-term sustainable partnerships.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing donors, partners, and supporters through the use of regular and appropriate touchpoints and communication channels (newsletters, reports, etc.).
• Ensure a suitable fundraising infrastructure is established and maintained, including donor database and management system.
• Support the work of the fundraising committee and provide reports / updates as needed.
• Evaluate performance and impact of fundraising strategies and events to identify and progress opportunities for improvement.
• Develop relevant content for marketing and communications.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree such as business, marketing, communications etc.
• 4--5 years demonstrated success in broad fundraising, events and corporate partnerships (or business development), with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Outstanding relationship management skills with a successful track record building and nurturing strong partnerships, whether that be with donors or corporate partners.
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to think outside the box in relation to revenue growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong planning, organisational and time management skills, takes pride in a high standard of delivery.
• Results orientated, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in an external facing role.

It would be advantageous in this position to for you to be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:

• Knowledge of Singapore's nonprofit / CSR sector

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the filing of GST, VAT, WHT, and CIT returns in accordance with statutory deadlines, ensure timely filing of all required deliverables;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax provision; address and resolve any issues that arise during the tax preparation process.
• Manage tax queries and handle tax audits conducted by the tax authorities.
• Respond to information requests for external and internal audits.
• Monitoring existing tax incentives requirement, including EDB grant submission and audit.
• Assist in preparation of local Transfer Pricing Documentation.
• Handle ad hoc tax related projects as assigned from time to time.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive analysis across various asset classes with a global perspective and engage actively in all phases of investment deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis, including company fundamental analysis, financial modeling, market and industry research, and macroeconomic analysis across multiple asset classes globally.
• Engage in the complete process of investment deals, which includes performing due diligence, creating investment memorandums for transaction approval, negotiating deal terms, and managing transaction-related tasks.
• Oversee existing investments, providing performance analysis and regular updates on market conditions, industry dynamics, and regulatory changes.
• Actively participate in business development and fundraising initiatives, including preparing investment decks to communicate potential opportunities effectively.

Requirements:

• Strong academic achievement with a bachelor's degree in finance or related disciplines. Additional qualifications like CFA, CPA, or ACCA are considered a plus.
• Prior experience in investment analysis within investment banks, asset management firms, private equity firms, or family offices.
• An open-minded approach, a strong desire to learn, entrepreneurial spirit, and suitability for a startup culture are essential.
• Strong financial modeling skills and the ability to create compelling investment presentation slides.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential.

Job Description:

• Develop investor relations ("IR") strategy and execute relevant events
• Develop contents and key messages for quarterly reporting, including media releases, presentations, and other communication materials for the investment community
• Manage the entire annual report production from design concept, develop annual report theme, drafting of Chairman and CEO statements, layouts, coordinate with the relevant functions for the required parts of the annual reports, to final production and print of the annual reports
• Work with company secretarial team in the preparation, coordination, and conduct of the Annual Shareholder Meeting ("AGM")
• Organise and/or facilitate IR activities (e.g. analysts and investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, results briefing, etc.) and prepare the materials for these events
• Drafting and preparation of FAQs for AGM and all IR events
• Part of Sustainability Working Committee, supporting the Group's community impact program, and coordinate the collation of data and preparation of sustainability reports
• Manage, review, and update corporate website
• Daily news monitoring and dissemination of relevant articles to departments
• Summarise analyst/industry/competitor/news reports to keep management and the IR team abreast of latest developments
• Assist with peer comparison, provide analysis and research on share price performance, indices inclusion, as well as corporate developments
• Conduct market research in support of IR and business development activities of the Group
• Assist in the preparation of business reports and analysis
• Maintain corporate mailbox and handle enquiries from existing and potential investors, external analysts, media, and the public
• Key responsibility over the Group's IR policy
• Uphold corporate branding, identity, and positioning across the Group
• Support corporate communication activities and corporate branding, as well as sustainability-related matters for the Group
• Perform any other tasks and duties as required by the management from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Degree in marketing communications or a related field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing investor relations function in a public listed company, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and project management skills

Corporate Planning

• Responsible for IP (patents, trademarks and designs) prosecutions and managing client IP portfolios including:-

1. Reviewing and monitoring client IP strategy
2. Managing, reviewing and monitoring client portfolios and working with overseas associates

4. Drafting, reviewing and managing correspondence and office actions with examiners, clients and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree from a recognised university

Role Overview:

• Monitor the payments engine and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related issues in a systematic and timely manner.

• Familiar with card payment processing, previous experience working on direct integrations with card acquiring is preferred.
• Ability to understand how the business operates and the upstream and downstream activities that impact.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create effective data visualizations is helpful but not necessary.
