Roles and Responsibilities

Salesforce Administrator:

1. Manage and enhance the existing Salesforce application, including troubleshooting and reviewing functionalities.
2. Generate comprehensive business reports and develop new reports as required.
3. Liaise with external Salesforce vendors for all related needs.

General IT:

1. Oversee and maintain all IT systems, covering hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
2. Provide technical assistance to retail outlets, addressing computer and software concerns, conducting troubleshooting, and swiftly resolving technical issues.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address IT needs and specifications, ensuring seamless operations across all sites.
4. Generate business reports using Salesforce and NOVA POS systems, presenting pertinent data and insights to stakeholders.
5. Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and suggest relevant solutions to enhance IT infrastructure and operations.
6. Regularly perform system audits to detect potential problems and implement necessary upgrades or enhancements for optimized performance.
7. Oversee data security and backup systems, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive information.
8. Support other departments in setting up and maintaining domains and websites.
9. Provide training and assistance to end-users on IT systems, imparting essential guidance and knowledge for efficient technology utilization.
10. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues, manage contracts/subscriptions, and maintain peak performance of IT systems.
11. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, proposing and implementing best practices to elevate IT operations.

Requirements:

1. Possession of at least a Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.
3. Demonstrated experience in an IT Manager role or a comparable position, preferably within a multi-location retail setting.
4. Proficient in computer systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
5. Familiarity with NOVA POS systems is advantageous.
6. Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude, efficiently handling technical challenges.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
8. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented setting, adeptly managing multiple tasks and priorities.
9. Prior experience in the retail industry is highly desirable.

- Support implementation of mobile application of purchase module for onboard crew members.

Procurement strategy building

- Manage and create purchase related BI report based on the system date.

- Gathering the insight from BI report and prepare procurement strategy.

Job Requirement

Experience: At least 1 years of working experience in the purchase department (international procurement).

IT Skills: Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Soft Skills: Good organizational and communication skills, a positive attitude, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player. Project Management and problem solving skill.

Documentation Skill: Excellent and speedy documentation skills.

Negotiation Skill: Better have negotiation skills, but attitude of having dialogue with various stakeholders is important. Need to take a lead of discussion among stakeholders.
