RESPONSIBILITIES

Programme and Residents management

• Part of a multi-disciplinary team to support activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice and program philosophy
• Introduce, implement rehabilitative therapies and/or programmes. Review and evaluate therapies and programmes to see if they are relevant to residents.
• Facilitate, coordinate and plan in-house programmes for residents. Monitor residents’ involvement for in-house activities and update individual residents’ care plan (ICP) report to respective case or social workers/managers
• Work closely with the Programme team to ensure programmes rostered to do are delivered
• Plan, develop program materials, design and implement group activities
• Work with key workers to implement strategies for behaviour management  
• Responsible for progress monitoring of achievement of residents’ care plan goals

Community Partnership and Volunteer Management

• Source, develop and sustain collaborations with other social service agencies, community stakeholders, corporate partners and, government agencies where necessary for effective programme and volunteer management
• Work with volunteers to deliver volunteer led programmes
• Responsible for maintaining the volunteer database

• Preferably Diploma in related field
• Those without diploma will be considered based on working experience

As the senior-most CASE leader permanently located in the Asia-Pacific region, the Executive Director for Asia Pacific will work closely with the CASE executive leadership team (ELT) to lead the delivery of the CASE Strategic Plan goals in the Asia Pacific, and be responsible for:

· Building and deepening relationships with educational advancement leaders to maximise the value of CASE membership, the utilisation of CASE resources, and to increase revenue from key member institutions through their purchase of additional CASE products and services.

· Working with the VP for Membership Marketing & Communications to build relationships with existing and potential member institutions to strengthen membership retention an achieve membership growth consistent with strategic plan and revenue goals.

The Corporate Director of Compensation & Benefits assists the Senior Director of Human Resources in managing the administration and communication of total rewards programs and policies that enable the attraction and retention of top talent within Capella Hotel Group and its managed properties. The individual is responsible for the continuous development of the team and the implementation of CHG’s compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are inclusive and meaningful.

THE ROLE

OVERVIEW

This role will be instrumental in leading the theatrical sales and distribution strategy and execution within the region. The Theatrical Distribution Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the distribution strategy across South Asia.
