Skills and Experience Required

The Senior Marketing Executive will play an integral role in the development, execution and measurement of marketing & eCommerce initiatives in line with Corporate strategy and Business initiatives. The successful candidate will effectively promote AMETEK Businesses through integrated marketing campaigns or eCommerce to improve brand awareness, generate/nurture leads and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective, competitive marketing & eCommerce initiatives leveraging BU portfolio’s position in the marketplace and translate initiatives to day-to-day tactics for execution
• Initiate and execute cross BU marketing activities to promote AMETEK solution in the marketplace through social media, webinar, email, tradeshow, seminar, customers days and etc.
• Work closely with BU and global eCommerce team to implement eCommerce strategy and grow eCommerce business in the region
• Build marketing ecosystem in the region with appropriate infrastructure, and track, analyze and report out financial impact of marketing effectiveness
• Stay abreast of industry trends in the region, digital landscape and new tactics
• Support other Corporate functions to promote strategic initiatives

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Technology
• Work experience within an industrial B2B market environment
• 4-6 years hands-on experience with demonstrable digital marketing experience around website SEO/SEM, social media, video marketing, emailing and display advertising campaigns
• Knowledge of website analytics tools, CRM platforms, eCommerce platforms, and an overall data-driven approach to marketing
• Experience in a cross functional or highly matrixed organization
• Good time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic working environment

Responsibilities:

• Market research and analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry potential, competitors and market trends.
• Collect customer needs and feedback, analyze market pain points and opportunities.
• Develop new customers, establish contact with potential customers through channels such as phone, email, and face to face meetings, and understand their needs.
• Plan and organize sales activities, including industry exhibitions, business negotiations, etc: Participate in marketing activities and advertising to enhance the company’s brand awareness and image,

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, logistics management and related fields
• Have strong market insight and business negotiation skills, adept at discovering and seizing business opportunities
• Having good communication skills and teamwork
• Proficient in using office software and market analysis tools, such as Microsoft office, CRM systems
• Having good learning ability and self motivation. Able to continuously learn and adapt to market changes.

. In charge of accounting shared service which including GL/Reporting function, AR management, AP management, Fixed Assets management, statutory and managerial accounting ledgers reconciliation

. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing schedule control

. Assist in monthly closing, quarterly closing and year end closing deliverables, ensuring timely preparation and accurate submission of actual financial resulting/reporting /templates

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related major with solid background on accounting

2. Around 10 years accounting experience and at least 4 years' manager experience in cross regional Finance Share Service Centre

3. Fluent English both verbal and writing

4. Strong communication skill

5. Team management experience; good leadership skill

6. Proficient in MS-Office software especially EXCEL, and knowledge of accounting software SAP

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any field
• Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
