Responsibilities :

1. Manage Cheque Processing Vendor to ensure optimal performance and improvement of existing processes

2. Monitor service levels performance against critical measures set in service contract

3. Review monthly invoices billed by vendor

4. Oversee Change Controls and Special Requests to manage changes in the outsourced environment with the respective subject matter experts or control functions in the bank.

5. Review processes and identify areas for improvement, risk and control.

6. Perform operational issue / incident / escalation management of cheque/courier-related matters and identify root cause(s) and implement preventive measures.

7. Prepare and facilitate audits by internal, external or regulatory audit functions.

8. Provide operational support to Business Units for new initiatives.

9. Manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for outsourced-related matters

10. Support Data Loss Prevention ( DLP ) implementations in the outsourced area

11. Perform and support site visits with site visit SMEs and control functions

12. Ensure control gaps are addressed with timely and appropriate action plans by the vendor

Main responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the regional accounts operations team into a high performing, efficient, accurate, and innovative team
• Responsible for cash flow and liquidity management, as well as GST submissions
• Responsible for the timely preparation of periodic financial reports, and ensuring that the reported results are compliant with accounting standards
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve cost-efficiency
• Assist in designing and implementing internal controls and SOPs across HQ and subsidiaries, and responsible for monitoring the execution of the SOPs
• Leverage technology and work closely with functional teams to constantly improve productivity and quality of accounts operations and process flows
• Being a proactive partner to internal departments and external business partners
• Coordinate with the head of tax, legal and technology teams in relation to ad-hoc projects

• Degree in accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA, ACCA) 
• 4 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of International and Local Accounting Standards and tax regulations
• Sound understanding of internal controls and risk management
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in verbal and written Chinese is a plus
• Experience with SAP B1 or a regional accounting / shared service centre is a plus

• Provide first level technical support to end-users for desktop and laptop hardware, software basic infrastructure, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, basic

infrastructure, and network connectivity issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and network drivers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, upgrades, and software installations on desktops, laptops, and network devices.
• Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management.
• Assist with basic infrastructure and network troubleshooting, escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all desktop, infrastructure, and networkrelated activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist with the management of the asset inventory for desktops, laptops, and network devices.
