Duties and Resonsibilities of HR cum Admin Executive (for LTA projects)
- report to HR manager and project PD
- prepare job descriptions, do job postings, shortlisting, interview and recruitment
- oversees the daily HR operations
- update employees records to keep it current at all times
- record and monitor employees’ leaves and attendance
- do submission of statutory claims such as maternity & paternity claims, childcare leaves, NS claims and others
- prepare HR letters and maintain proper filing of HR documents
- prepare monthly payroll for staff and workers
- Submit monthly reports such as manpower report or any other reports relating to manpower
- undertake and participate in regular salary and performance reviews
- identify areas that needs training for improvement
- work with line managers to identify and analyse training needs
- source for external vendors to fulfil the employees’ training need and arranges for their training
- evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs attended by employees by getting feedback from them
- update the training matrix regularly
- provides administrative support on a day-to-day basis
- handle general office duties such as drafting documents, answering phone calls, emails, printing of name cards, office equipment, replenishment of pantry items and office stationery.
Education Qualification:
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in HRM/ Business Administration
Experience / Skill Required
· Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resource role
· Experience in Construction industry a bonus / preferred
· Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels
· Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Words, Outlook, good written communications
· 5.5 days work week (alternate Saturdays)
· Able to start work within 2 weeks after job offer will have an added advantage
· Salary will commensurate with experience
