Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Achieve Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop effective strategies for business expansion.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels including networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop prospect lists and prioritize targets based on business potential.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Achieve Group's services to prospects and clients.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead negotiation processes to secure new business deals and partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful implementation of services.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to management.
- Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including recruitment consultants, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Experience in Recruitment Agency:
- Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in a recruitment agency or similar environment.
- Familiarity with the recruitment process, candidate sourcing techniques, and client relationship management within this context is highly desirable.
Gebiz Tender Experience:
- Candidates with experience in participating in Gebiz tenders or similar government procurement processes will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of the tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and contract negotiation, is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client management roles.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and human resource solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market opportunities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
