• Handle all matters pertaining to student contracts with regulatory requirements.
• Handle the application and renewal of student passes.
• Handle the issuance of certificates, reports, and transcripts for students.
• Maintain and update student records timely.
• Assist and support the improvement of student administrative processes.
• Supports the Registrar Department in other day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• A minimum of Diploma in administration or a related field.
• Highly motivated individuals with good initiative, excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Handle full set of accounts
• Perform accounting duties & administrative support - filing, data entry, invoicing etc
• Handle account payable & accounts receivable

Job Description:-

• Perform full set accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.
• Maintain accounting files and records for the group
• Preparation of all disbursements of cheques, and transfers
• Work closely with the management, purchase and HR departments
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Experience in full spetrum of Accounts Duties preferably in construction sector
• Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
• Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
• A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Autocount software is an added advantage
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.

• General administrative duties including to provide full spectrum of administrative support to the Director/Manager
• Receptionist duties (Handle incoming calls, fax & email enquiries)
• Data entry of information into the system
• Filing of documents and maintenance of records for easy retrieval and accurate documentation to facilitate information flow
• Processing of petty cash claims, issuance of purchase orders and work orders
• Keeping track of all office equipment and liaise with external suppliers or subcontractors for information and quotation
• Liaise and coordinate orders with customers
