• Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to expand the company’s customer base. Track and report on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, optimizing strategy for higher conversion rates.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team and management team to ensure consistency in messaging across all digital platforms.
• Platform Management & Optimization: Manage the company's presence on social media platforms. Leverage platform-specific strategies to grow the company’s audience and increase engagement.

Experience Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on both global and Chinese digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu etc.) and their role in engaging audiences and generating leads.
• Proficiency in social media advertising.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and regions.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize strategies.
• Familiarity with the tech and property industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B & B2C digital marketing and lead generation.
• Knowledge of international and Chinese markets and consumer behavior trends.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
