About The Role

• Operate Tank Farm, Compactor/ Blending and Packing Lines in accordance with the laid down procedures and as instructed by Day Shift Production Manager or his assigned Deputy
• Supervise other leasing staff in ensuring packaging and tank farm operations are executed in a safe and correct manner and in line with quality expectations

Full accountability for the financial performance of SCALE to ensure that the agreed targets are achieved, e.g. top line, overall profits, margins, fixed costs, working capital and other qualitative targets:

• Establish efficient business monitoring tools or market intelligence, monitor business development and take corrective actions where needed
• Take charge of SCALE’s annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, revenue flows are maximized, and fixed costs are minimized

• Ensure strong and effective distribution management across countries

People Development:

Responsible for the overall people development of the team of senior leaders and country organization to ensure SCALE achieves its business objectives:

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Business is preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in leading, directing and controlling the activities of a business unit to achieve short and long-term financial and operating objectives as set by the overall corporate business plan.
• Experience in managing specialty products or value chains with a high degree of integration and complexity, and in negotiating and managing complex business contracts and multi-year agreements.
• Experience in managing a team to drive change in a dynamic business environment, with a highly diverse team and a cross-cultural environment.

Main Tasks:

• Implement new organizational and / or technical concepts for processes OTC (Order-to-Cash) and TM (Transportation Management) in strong alignment with relevant stakeholders including global process owners. Facilitate and contribute to change and test management activities.
• Drive innovation and automation activities, e.g., based on RPA (Robotics Process Automation) technology. Continuously assess improvement potentials and implement new solutions when available.
• Track and address adherence to business rules and processes including monitoring via KPIs, process mapping tools, and reports.
