• Coordinate with O&M, Customers and EPC Contractor/Vendor for all Project execution and commissioning activities
• To ensure proper document control and project documents are ready for archival upon project completion
• To ensure all project documents (especially the As Built Documents) and as-built drawings are properly archived and handover
• To ensure all necessary licenses/permits required by Government Authorities are obtained before plant construction and after construction completion
• To continue to support O&M after plant handover and to close out any outstanding issues arising during the project execution phase.
• To close our project properly.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
• Min 10 yrs experience in project management, project execution in Power, Utilities, BESS & Renewable Energy or Water & Waste Water Treatment projects

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS

• Good software knowledge and skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, Naviswork, Sketchup and MS Project
• Good understanding in International Codes and Standards such as ASME , API, IEEE, IEC, rules and regulations would be an advantage
• Good understanding of power, utilities, water, waste water treatment plant’s process
• Good analytical skill in analyzing project management issues and ability to resolve the issues quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team leader and ability to make quick and logical decisions.

• Attended WSH courses for supervisor and obtained the certifications such as bizSAFE Level 3 Team leader or Team Member, Work At Heights, Confined Space, Lifting Work, Radiography Testing, Excavations Works, Hot Work & Work in a Hazardous Area
• Attended and obtained the WSQ Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant [previously known as Oil / Petrochemical Industry Safety Course for Supervisor (OPISCS)] conducted by WDA-ATP or similar, equivalent external course.

Job Description:

■Support risk related (with manager)
・Check and review annual risk management plan against identified group major risk by HQ.
・Check and review risk assessment items, categories and situations based on direction from HQ and Manager.
・Liaise with internal respective division/group to review own risks within the company
・Report status to Manager.

■Support Compliance related management (with manager)
・Review and update Authorization Standards according to HQ requirements and/or local requirements with/to Manager.
・Support the manager to carry on the review and update rules and policies etc.
　→Review based on updates from HQ and local updates /regulations.
　→Ensure internal rules and polices of relevant division/groups on the companies are aligned and in compliance.
・Support the manager to carry on the review and update requests from HQ
　→According to requests and/or requirements from HQ, implement, review, and/or update for related topics and/or tasks.

■Support Audit / Internal Control (with manager)

■Educational Awareness
・Review, prepare materials aligned with relevance to requirements and/or updates from HQ or in accordance with local regulations.
・Conduct annual educational awareness sessions for refresher and/or share updates.
・Report to Manager.

■Any other duties assigned by Superior/Manager of the company.

Job Requirements:
