Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and increase new specifiers base and business, involve in promotions and market company’s product range to Architects, Consultants, Developers and Contractors
• Assist in the development of key specification tools
• Liaising and maintaining close relationship with R&D and Technical department on matters relating to Specifications
• To keep good constant interaction with Architects/ Consultants and Key specifiers to ensure that the desired level of customer service quality is achieved
• Conducting architectural & engineering presentations and trainings
• Participate in product presentations, product seminars, industrial organizations and trade shows
• Assisting sales personnel in meeting clients related to specification matters
• Providing market intelligence information on competitors and market’s direction
• Prepare marketing action plan as required by company

• Preferably at least 4 years of sales or marketing related working experiences

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
• Conduct safety timeout to share best practice techniques; training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention

Job Requirements:

• Minimum education with Degree or Diploma in Engineering (e.g Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Registered WSHO and FSM certified is an added advantage
• Good safety mindset and conversant with local Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, WSH Act and its subsidiary legislations, and practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Actively conduct risk assessments at project site and recommend measures to minimize and eliminate possible risks to any person.
• Preparation and implementation of Safety Program
• Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy, RBA and WSH act

• Registered as Workplace Safety & Health Officer and Environmental Control Officer with at least three (3) years of post-registration and practical experience relevant to the scope of works of the contract. Candidates with building experiences will be advantage.

• Manage and be responsible for the end-to-end accounting and GST submission on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Manage the client onboarding and CDD process.
• Good understanding in corporate services eg accounting, taxation, coporate secretarial and advisory.
• Assist in secretarial and taxation computation and supervisory oversight.
• Manage the operational and workflow management
• Provide excellent client service and ensure deliverables timelines are met.
• Responsible for billings, fee negotiations and recovery for each client engagement.
