• Good documentation discipline for business requirements, application & system design, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with SDLC or iterative software development approaches.

About the role

We are seeking an Senior/ Executive, Claims who will assist in inpatient case assignments to enable prompt issuance of approval or decline of Letter of Guarantee or Pre-authorization requests. • Prepare of Pre-Authorization cases documents for uploading into system.
• Assist in reissuance of pre-authorization certificate as needed.
• Maintain accurate case records and all related communication.
• Any other special projects and ad-hoc duties assigned when appropriate.

About you

• Fresh Diploma or Degree graduates from the field of Biosciences, Nursing or Statistics are welcomed to apply.
