Responsibilities:

Supply Chain/Operations Management:

1. Work with the Head of Sales at GVIG Singapore to grow the Celblos OEM business and ensure that the business achieves its annual target

2. As part of this mandate, responsible for:

a. Leading the existing OEM business with current clients by locking in regular orders for existing products and pitching for new products to them

Preparation

• Learn the operation process of the bakery department

- Advance preparation, weighing is done accurately, check extensibility and following the daily mixing schedule

• Dividing - Understanding the characteristics of each dough and able to perform troubleshooting

• Shaping - Understanding the amount of portion filling, roll up without damaging the dough, shape properly and according to the procedure

• Baking - Understanding and following the baking procedure and process

• Filing - Can weight correctly and understand the expiration date of each filling

• Sanitation – Understand and follow the correct cleaning procedures

• Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager such as housekeeping

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Turnkey/Non-Turnkey Projects and/or Product/Equipment-Only Projects in Imaging Systems (MRI, CT, Xray, Vascular, Nuclear Imaging). Responsible for overseeing the project and direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources that may include equipment-only, suites of products or Turnkey/non-turnkey projects.
• Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity from project feasibility study until project closure.
• The PMI is responsible for the implementation of GE HealthCare products and services, including turnkey projects, site preparation, delivery of equipments, installation planning, coordination & trainings. Wing to Wing management of each project milestone in a timely and quality manner in accordance with defined global standards, milestones and customer satisfaction matrix.
• Deliver the project and manage contractors and 3rd parties to comply with GE QA and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirement.
• Act as the primary liaison between GE, and the GE customer team.
• Work closely with customers facility and General Contractors Work with GE channel partners and support in project management.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might affect customer satisfaction and GE operational targets.
• Adapt a proactive approach to identify risks to project success and create and maintain a project risk log; develop effective action plans for resolution as early as possible.
• Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Diagnostic Imaging.
• Additional and ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by manager. Participate in process improvement initiatives regionally and globally.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical field experience, majoring in Bio-Medical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Architect.
• min 5 years’ relevant experience in healthcare industry / hospital environment
• Strong project management skills are required with customer management experience.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates, execute multiple commitments within the constraints of environment and customer expectations.
• Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Windows and Office Applications.
