SAP SuccessFactors Project Analyst Roles & Responsibilities:
HR-Path’s consulting business is growing, and we are looking for an experienced project analyst to join our team. As a Project Analyst, you will be supporting the project manager with overseeing and coordinating projects, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing contracts and financials, monitoring project activities, and evaluating the overall project, while always striving for superior value realization for our clients.
This position will mainly support clients in Singapore, Indonesia and Australia. The majority of the work will be conducted remotely; however, some travel or on-site work may be required dependent on travel restrictions and ensured safety.
· Contributing to project planning, and engagement with clients.
· Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.
· Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.
· Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.
· Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.
· Monitor HR best practices, new SAP SuccessFactors tools / digital training / digital adoption platforms
· Some travel or on-site work may be required dependent on travel restrictions and ensured safety.
Required Professional Expertise:
· Minimum 1 year of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors consulting field
· Certification in SAP Activate (Project Implementation) preferred.
· Solid experience of at least 1 years in project management and the management of multi-disciplinary teams.
· Strong communication skills.
· Good presentation skills.
· Curious and passionate about new SAP SuccessFactors trends and practices, you are proactive in learning about new technologies and HR innovations.
· You are comfortable with SAP SuccessFactors tools, the Office Pack, and collaborative tools.
· Previous experience working on HR related projects.
· Fluency in English.
