1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
During the subsistence of this Agreement, you shall comply with the Company rules and regulations and you shall faithfully, diligently and dutifully carry out your duties and responsibilities as directed by the management staff from time to time.
You are required to undertake all direct or indirect duties and responsibilities with full interest and due diligence. In addition to your core duties and responsibilities within the Company, you may be required to undertake any other duties, including working overseas, from time to time as designated by the management.
You are required to carry out such duties and tasks independently and assigned to you by the Superior including but not limited to the following:
(a1) Full Set accounting with audit acknowledge
(a) Responsible of Accounts Payables activities, support AP document workflow and Employee Expense claim.
(b) Ensure timely follow up on outstanding Accounts Payable balance.
(c) Assist and update accounts payable in Quickbooks
(d) Responsible of outlets sales and corporate sales collection.
(e) Issue sales invoices (cash sales, online sales, livestream sales, corporate sales, etc.)
(f) Ensure timely follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables balance.
(g) Prepare GTO report as per landlord request.
(h) Assist and update accounts receivable in Quickbooks
(i) Support month-end closing and prepare month-end schedule
(j) Other ad-hoc matters
