RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented SEC and SOX Manager to join our finance team. The SEC and SOX Manager will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SEC regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements, and other financial reporting standards. The Marketing & Student Recruitment Assistant Manager will shadow the Head of Student Recruitment and work closely to increase and achieve course (enrolment) targets per intake. Purpose of the Role

The Corporate Communications team is responsible for external and internal communications including crisis communications, Public Relations, traditional and digital media management, branding, events management, stakeholder engagement, communications to Community Investment, and Investor Relations.
