• Send shipment arrival notification letters to consignee and issue delivery orders
• Tradenet/ customs documentation
• Liaise with relevant departments upon cargo irregularity reported
• Responsible to ensure Full, Accurate and Timely data including shipment milestone in CW1 system
• Responsible to ensure ACR updated timely
• Responsible to ensure Demurage, Detention, Storage and other incidental charge are recovered from customer
• Responsible for file profitability

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree
• 1-3 years related working experience

Job Description:

· Plan suitable sales strategy for the respective markets and clients
